Andrew comes to Crestview Strategy after serving in the Ford Government— most recently as Director of Communications for the Hon. Rod Phillips, Ontario’s new Minister of Finance. Andrew is a long-time grassroots organizer in Canadian Conservative politics, with extensive experience mobilizing coalitions towards winning outcomes.

Andrew spent a decade serving in the Harper Government, during which time he worked for Canada’s Minister of Transport, Minister of Labour and Minister of Natural Resources. On various occasions, he was recognized by his colleagues, appearing in The Hill Times Terrific 25 survey of top parliamentary staffers.
During his time in opposition politics, Andrew worked for the Finance Critic and served as Chief of Staff for the Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition before returning to Toronto.
Andrew is the recipient of a Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and an ACE Award from the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS).
